This Christmas season we look at 1 John as we reflect on the coming of Jesus, the Light of the World, who transforms every aspect of our lives. We begin by recognizing that God is light, calling us to walk in His truth. As we abide in Him, we live as children of God, experiencing His perfect love and overcoming the darkness of the world through faith in Christ. In turn, we are called to share His light, love, and victory with others, spreading the hope and joy of His coming.
JESUS was born and came into the world as the SAVIOR. As we believe in HIM we are reborn and adopted into HIS family to live as Children of GOD to show HIM love and show love for others. "Whoever keeps HIS commandments abides in GOD, and GOD in him. And by this we know that HE abides in us, by the SPIRIT whom HE has given us." 1 John 3:24
