This is what we felt God was telling us when we moved up to the PNW 3 years ago, and it is still true today as God is leading us to multiply disciples and churches in the Puget Sound area. That is why I have joined e3 Partners as the Strategy Coordinator for Seattle Metro.
e3 Partners is a global missions agency advancing the Gospel and establishing the Church in over 65 countries. I belong to a body of over 400 staff and 2,000 national partners sharing his Gospel among the nations, including our own!

After serving with AIM AIR (AIM’s aviation division) for 8 years in Kenya and Uganda, Joel, LaReina, and their children returned to the US in 2021. Renee and Ian are in university and Joel and LaReina are serving stateside with the AIM US sending office.
Joel works part-time with Pre-field Pilot/Mechanics in the final stages of their training before joining the AIM AIR teams in Africa.
LaReina serves part-time with the US Short Term Department as Administrative Assistant and Interim Coordinator as needed. We are honored to have the opportunity to facilitate and encourage the next generation of missionaries!

Japan
Ian and Maki are currently serving in Wakayama Prefecture, establishing the foundations of the Converge Japan Initiative's new Wakayama Project. Wakayama is one of the least reached parts of Japan, and by moving there in December of 2022, Ian and Maki doubled the number of missionaries serving in a prefecture. Almost a million people live in Wakayama, most of whom have never heard a credible Gospel presentation.
In addition to serving alongside the existing local churches in the prefecture, it is Ian and Maki's hope that they will be able to establish a new training center to equip future missionaries to the rural parts of Japan, as well as training up leaders for the Japanese church to minister in areas with little or no Christian presence.

Fruit Bearers provides educational, medical, vocational, and spiritual resources for the deaf, blind, crippled and otherwise disabled children of the mountains and far-flung places of Negro Oriental, Philippines.
Jade is a pastor to many children, families and adults. He does services for all age groups and is always preaching to small groups and large groups alike in Negros Oriental, Philippines. Their family share the good news with their village and community. They have Saturday worship services there and Friday youth night just in their village alone. They go many places and even into the mountains and hold services for many people

On January 1st of 2018, Verge took on the new name elementum in order to communicate our commitment to a God-sized vision. We are asking God to use elementum and all who are a part of it to create a movement to restore and launch young adults into their Kingdom purpose all over the world.
Our team believes the best days are yet to come as we see more churches, leaders, and parents join this movement. We are one small part in what God is doing, but we are asking God to allow us to have fingerprints in cities, churches, and leaders all around the globe. We can’t wait to see what is ahead!
